In Memory of Fred Weiner

1963-2020

After a very brief but serious illness, our dear friend and colleague, Fred Weiner, passed away on May 18, 2020 at the age of 57. As one who had the privilege of calling Fred my colleague and friend for close to 20 years I know the depths of his talents, humor and intellect. A man “for and with others”, Fred was always the first to volunteer to help—particularly when it involved photography! His immeasurable love for traveling is unparalleled. For these reasons, it will be our lasting privilege to mark the legacy of his life with a gift to For Pete’s Sake – to establish a photo gallery where his passion will help other travelers along their journey.

He solves clients problems with a bit of magic from his bag of tricks.  Always able to give sage advice from years of experience.  He will help you "pull a rabbit out of your hat", and makes it look easy.

A traveler who's favorite book is his passport!  Has left tracks in six continents to date ... always with a camera hand.  "Not all those who wander are lost." -Tolkien

Fred Weiner had over 30 years of experience helping companies build and grow their businesses. During his tenure, Fred built, grew, and raised the necessary funds for the Dragonfly program to support over 3,000 special needs children.

Fred indeed left his tracks on the hearts of his friends, family, and colleagues. We will miss you, Traveler.
