Our Susannah Coleman Slept Outside Her Front Door

Susannah is currently serving as Interim Executive Director for Family Promise on the Main Line. Family Promise is a national nonprofit addressing the crisis of family homelessness by keeping families together and providing resources and supports that tackle all the issues that can lead to poverty and homelessness.

We often use the term, "the Dunleavy Difference" when describing how our team goes above and beyond for our clients. Susannah did just that when she joined staff and board members on October 21st and slept outside her front door.

Night Without a Bed is a campaign run by Family Promise of the Main Line to raise awareness about family homelessness. In America, 2.5 million children will experience homelessness this year, and in Montgomery County alone, a Point in Time count on January 27, 2023 revealed 357 people were homeless that night with 110 of them, including children, on the street.
