Raza Gilani is a highly motivated business leader with over 23 years of experience managing a $50 million P&L and leading teams of over 20 individuals. He excels in cultivating new business opportunities and executing initiatives with a strong focus on goal attainment.

Raza has successfully led projects, managed multi-site regions, and facilitated business transformations and turnarounds for both Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies. As a Senior Sales Manager and Northeast Region Operations Leader at GE Healthcare, Raza exceeded commercial orders and sales targets. While Regional Director at America Works, a government-funded company providing job placement and training services, Raza managed multi-site P&L growing revenue by 250%. His experience also includes roles at Long John Silver/A&W and PNC Bank.

Raza is a Certified Gallup Strength Coach and has implemented Clifton Strengths Technique for fortune 500 Companies. He holds a Masters in Business Administration in Marketing and Finance and a Bachelors in Business Administration.
