Michelle Burghardt

Amateur chef. Music enthusiast. Self-proclaimed science geek.  Lover of days by the water, outdoor concerts and new adventures.

Given more than a decade of experience in world class financial institutions like Merrill Lynch and The Vanguard Group, Michelle brings an operational expertise, organizational vision and a strong corporate foundation to every post and project.  Combined with her nonprofit experience gained in development roles for a number of educational and civic organizations, Michelle has honed a specialty in development operations including event management, donor management, and CRM system implementation and operations, as well as print and digital fundraising campaigns. Michelle has a passion for solving organizational challenges utilizing operational tools and processes with a focus that is at the same time both strategic and pragmatic.

Michelle earned a BS in Finance from The Villanova School of Business and MBA from Drexel University. She is a firm believer that we should never stop learning, whether at the water cooler, in the classroom, in the living room, or out in the community.
